Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or other proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ku-u.ch. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges Returning the item you received is the fastest way to obtain the item you want. If the return is accepted, you may purchase the new item in a separate transaction.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@ku-u.ch.
