Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- 2 tsp matcha powder (adjust to taste)
- 2-3 tsp strawberry purée or strawberry jam (if the jam is firm, thin it out beforehand with a little warm water)
- 15 ml hot water
- 150 ml milk
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
- Put the matcha powder and hot water in a cup or milk jug and whisk well with a milk frother until no lumps remain at the bottom.
- Add the strawberry purée or strawberry jam to a glass.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Add the milk.
- Gently pour the whisked matcha over the top.
- For a gradient effect: use 30 ml hot water for the matcha and slowly pour it over the ice and milk.
