Ingredients (for 1 cup):

1.5 tsp matcha powder (adjust to taste)

2 tsp sugar or honey (to taste)

30 ml hot water

150 ml milk
Preparation:

Sift the matcha powder (1.5 tsp) through a fine tea strainer directly into a milk jug or cup. Add sugar or honey if desired.

Add the hot water (30 ml) and mix everything well with a milk frother or mixer until the powder has completely dissolved.

Heat the milk separately – you can also froth it if you like.

Pour the warm milk into the matcha mixture and stir well again.
Tip:
To easily dissolve the matcha, we use a milk frother here – but if you have a chasen (bamboo whisk), you can of course use that as well.
